MEET THE GUEST:
Melissa Bruodo is an attorney, activist, and mom and have dedicated her professional life to advocating for and supporting sex workers and survivors of human trafficking. She is the co-founder and co-director of the Sharmus Outlaw Advocacy and Rights (SOAR) Institute, an advocacy organization that does policy, technical assistance, trainings, and capacity building for sex workers and survivors of trafficking. We aim to make the world safer for sex workers and survivors of human trafficking, and to ultimately work towards decriminalization of prostitution.
