MEET THE GUEST:
Eating Clean changed Samantha Rodgers’ life way back in 2008 (before kids) when she could spend hours searching cookbooks, blogs, and family recipes to create the perfect Clean menu for the week. Then she had a child. Her world went from “clean and feeling amazing” to “zombie eating a croissant sandwich every day.” Adjusting to all the things that come with being a new parent was hard enough, but by not feeding her body well, she was falling into a deep abyss that made everything harder. Samantha was barely surviving but knew the better path to take, and when she finally put her foot down and went back to eating Clean, she went from surviving to thriving.
It’s about using time better… We all have the same 24 hours in a day, so why are some people able to get more done? It comes down to how we use our time. She is not a trained chef. Sam is an expert in process change management. Before starting Eating Clean, Cooking Dirty (ECCD), she worked with companies to create and implement processes that helped them use their time more efficiently. Sam took that expertise, compounded it with an unwavering commitment to the importance of clean delicious food for all and created Weekly Meal Plan and Prep Guides that will change the way you feed yourself and your people.
Recently, Samantha has taken her meals plans to a whole new level with Local Rhoots, a local meal delivery service within the Columbia River Gorge, just outside of Portland, Oregon. Using her weekly seasonal meal plans, Sam and her team deliver prepped dinners that are on the table in thirty minutes or less and individual lunches that are ready to eat.
